Ingrid Lilligren
Ingrid Lilligren was born in Ohio and has been Associate Professor of Art and Design at Iowa State University since 1993. She uses zinc-based, crystalline glazes to produce spectacular colors and textures on her porcelain forms. Lilligren creates intentionally whimsical shapes, knowing that the final appearance of the glazes will be largely unpredictable.
